Mentorship sessions offering support around the unique challenges empathic leaders and healers face.
All sessions and programs use somatic practices, ritual, meditation, spirit guide and ancestral support, through the unique Brownswell Earth of my Body methodology. This process uses a relational ecosystems approach to help you gently yet powerfully re-wire burdensome patterns into sustainable regenerative ways of living and leading.
Prices include a 1:1 session as well as a monthly group coaching call at the beginning of each month for active Brownswell clients.

These sessions are for leaders at mission driven organizations and businesses. This includes non-profit and for-profit leaders, managers, supervisors, executive directors, CEO’s and facilitators. These sessions are highly customized identifying your unique leadership style, patterns, and what you need. There are NO cookie cutter solutions here. Examples of what we work on are:
Work through personal triggers that are coming up at work, identify what they are really about and how to support the triggers to create lightness as a leader
